Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with prospects, establishing trust and rapport that can lead to new opportunities.
  • Provide valuable resources to contacts, such as invitations to webinars, white papers, and relevant articles, while assessing their position in the buying cycle.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities that align with the minimum criteria set for the sales team.
  • Collect essential information to update the CRM system, ensuring a structured follow-up strategy is in place.
  • Document all activities meticulously, including scheduled follow-up tasks within the CRM.
  • Generate qualified leads effectively.
  • Facilitate connections between sales representatives and prospects at optimal times chosen by the prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and experienced in engaging with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
