Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Springfield Behavioral Hospital LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market plans to increase patient flow to our facilities, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, and providing education and networking opportunities for professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market plans to increase patient flow to our facilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including Acute Behavioral Hospitals, Behavioral Health Clinicians, and Human Services Agencies
  • Provide education and networking opportunities for professionals and patients, including setting up and conducting events
  • Act as a liaison between facilities regarding potential admissions and addressing concerns or questions from referral sources
  • Complete weekly and monthly statistical reporting and develop facility-specific business plans to maintain patient census and referral flow

  • Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data
