- Sales and Marketing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, prepare estimates, and present solutions to close deals.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, track progress, and report to management.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate jobsite activities, including deliveries, rigging, equipment, and tools.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks, including drafting and responding to emails, electronic filing, and working with internal and external clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4 years or more of sales or trade-related work experience required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written; ability to understand and implement best practice standards; knowledge of organizational structure and available resources; ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires extreme focus and attention to safety hazards and safety protocols. The normal office environment may require occasional travel to job sites with periods of overnight travel.
