- Cultivate and maintain partnerships across the organization and within the HR team.
- Talent Development and Performance Management
- Identify HR-related opportunities to support the business.
- Recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and performance.
- HR Process Management
- Implement and maintain compliance processes.
- Ensure relevant group policies are effectively implemented.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 4 years of HR experience, with 1+ year as a Human Resources Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Skills
- Knowledge of applicable Federal and State employment laws.
- Understanding of labor & employment laws, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
