Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 4 years of HR experience, with 1+ year as a Human Resources Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist.
    • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of applicable Federal and State employment laws.
    • Understanding of labor & employment laws, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures.
    • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
