As a Bookstore Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by dusting, sweeping, and organizing merchandise.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including books, magazines, and other literary materials.
• Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our products to customers and making recommendations based on their interests.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and build relationships with customers.
• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of books, magazines, and other literary materials, with the ability to make recommendations based on customer interests.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend and reach to stock shelves and process transactions.
