About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Solutions Engineer to join our Test Solutions Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, debug, and maintenance of test programs that help deliver Micron's world-class DRAM portfolio to market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Support Test Programs: Develop, debug, and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing.
  • Write Test Programs and Support Scripts: Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
  • Contribute to Next-Generation 'Design for Test' Capabilities: Contribute input and feedback to help define next-generation 'design for test' capabilities.
  • Analyze Device and Test Flow Data: Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisions.
  • Balance Test Time Objectives: Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with partners in Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution.

Qualifications
  • Hardware Fundamentals: Develop a good understanding of test equipment hardware, device knowledge, and software systems.
  • Programming Capability: Possess programming capability in a major language, specifically C++ or Python.
  • Basic R/L/C Circuit Knowledge: Understand basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
  • Digital Systems and Logic Gate Representation: Understand digital systems and logic gate representation.
  • CMOS Transistor Operation: Understand CMOS transistor operation.
  • Unix/Linux Environment: Have a basic understanding of the Unix/Linux environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Statistics and Data Analytics: Have basic statistics and data analytics skills.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
