Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will work closely with clients to assess and address their security needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure their security infrastructure is robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and assessments, including scoping, methodology development, and reporting of findings.
  • Continuously improve penetration testing processes and deliver detailed reports to clients, offering remediation and mitigation options.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and market behavior, applying this knowledge to improve our security services offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients at all levels, from CIOs to Security Directors, to strengthen our customer relationships and understand their goals and objectives.
  • Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through training and education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
  • 3+ years' experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to design security infrastructure, including firewalls, endpoint, email, intrusion prevention/detection, identity, and event logging.
  • General understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills are critical.
  • Possess a real passion for technology.
  • Expert technical knowledge of Security Solutions.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $230,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. SHI GmbH is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
