We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Core Test Solutions Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Test Solutions Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining test programs that help deliver our world-class DRAM portfolio to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Debug Test Programs: Create and refine test programs from new product introduction phase to high volume manufacturing, ensuring optimal yield and quality.
- Write Test Programs and Support Scripts: Utilize C++ and Python programming languages to write test programs and support scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the right test solution.
- Contribute to Next-Generation 'Design for Test' Capabilities: Provide input and feedback to help define next-generation 'design for test' capabilities, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
- Analyze Device and Test Flow Data: Analyze data to make informed test coverage decisions, balancing test time objectives with optimal yield and quality.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with partners in Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution.
- Hardware Fundamentals: Understand basic R/L/C circuit knowledge, digital systems, and logic gate representation.
- Programming Capability: Possess intermediate to advanced programming capability in C++ or Python.
- Unix/Linux Environment: Familiarity with basic Unix/Linux environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Statistics and Data Analytics: Basic statistics and data analytics skills, with the ability to analyze data to inform test coverage decisions.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
