Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation:

  • $20-$28 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type:

  • Contract to Hire

Parking Availability:

  • 10 parking passes accessible on a first-come, first-served basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist 1-3 Portfolio Managers in the management of traditional properties
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns that arise in the office
  • Support the training and oversight of onsite personnel
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and landlord/tenant regulations
  • Document and assist in resolving employee-related issues, including disciplinary actions
  • Train onsite managers and assistants on various tasks such as advertising, renewal reports, rent collection, and comparative rent surveys
  • Manage social media content and legal notifications
  • Review applicant screening reports and provide recommendations
  • Maintain effective communication with Portfolio Managers regarding property activities and issues
  • Audit data management systems for accuracy
  • Respond to resident inquiries and address move-out questions
  • Assist in maintaining property cleanliness and suggest efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, assistance, or property management
  • Familiarity with Entrata and Skyline software preferred; Yardi experience is advantageous
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Capability to manage tenant and employee matters professionally
  • Aim to progress into a Portfolio Manager position

Compensation Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
