Position Overview
The Wireless Solutions Architect collaborates closely with the Business Sales team to promote T-Mobile for Business products and services. Utilizing exceptional technical expertise and industry insights, you will engage in pre-sales activities, providing consultation on customer needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Sales to identify and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer requirements and propose effective strategies.
- Design and architect solutions that leverage T-Mobile and partner offerings.
- Deliver technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Stay informed on relevant technologies and industry trends to support the Business Sales teams.

Collaboration and Support
As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will work alongside Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Care teams to provide valuable feedback and support special initiatives.

Continuous Learning
Maintain your technical acumen and industry knowledge through ongoing training and certification pursuits. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless networks and related technologies, including:
- Wireless handsets, mobile hotspots, and tablets.
- Value-Added Solutions in the wireless domain.
- Coverage analysis and In-Building Coverage requests.

Customer Engagement
Engage directly with customers to:
- Uncover opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present technical demonstrations and product roadmaps.
- Support complex customer requirements in diverse segments, including Enterprise and Public Sector.

Expertise Development
Develop subject matter expertise in key focus areas such as SDWAN/Edge, Security, and Mobile Internet/Routers, while maintaining a robust level of industry knowledge.
