Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-level architecture (HLA) and technical strategy for our company's solutions.
  • Collaborate with impacted platforms to ensure an aligned solution approach.
  • Provide options to achieve iterative delivery across a re-usable architectural framework.
  • Oversee the decided outcomes of architectural delivery and contribute to acceptance.
  • Align solutions to enterprise architecture strategies and objectives.
  • Key participant in all planning and progress related ceremonies for which your solutions are relevant.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and design artifacts.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our company's solutions.
  • Address data protection, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements.

Who You'll Work With

  • Product Business Owner for feasibility of requested initiatives and capabilities.
  • Product Tech Driver and impacted technology teams to share HLA and technical specifications.
  • Supports tech product owners to develop technical enablers and supporting artifacts.
  • Architects from other portfolios/products or platforms to align on design for dependencies.
  • Developers to provide technical and solution guidance, and to verify features are implemented as designed.
  • Architecture Review Board to ensure adherence to organizational technical strategy.

Systems & Tools

  • Visio or BizzDesign for creation of design artifacts (HLA, HLSD, etc.).
  • JIRA for adding NFRs, feature refinement, and High-Level Designs.
  • Additional tools as needed.
