BridgePoint Associates is a Policy and Health Research Nonprofit on a mission to make a significant impact on the addiction crisis. They aim to change the perception of addiction from a lack of moral character issue to recognition as a disease, integrating medication into treatment plans.

This senior-level fundraising position will be involved at both a strategic and tactical level, with responsibilities that include strategy design and implementation, managing the full lifecycle of fundraising for a portfolio of donors and prospects.

The initial focus will be on securing funds from foundation, corporate, and government grants. This role will also be responsible for selecting and implementing a donor CRM.

A strong track record of securing gifts from various sources is required. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that includes individuals, government/foundation grants, corporate partnerships, and events
  • Provide personalized stewardship to a portfolio of current and prospective donors
  • Secure grant funding by researching new funding sources and crafting compelling proposals; manage post-award grant reporting
  • Develop and execute successful fundraising campaigns
  • Cultivate relationships with donors and convey the organization's mission
  • Implement a donor relationship management system and manage donor data
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners
Requirements:
  • Ability to serve as a strategist and tactician for an early-stage organization driving change at scale
  • Proven track record of securing gifts from diverse funding sources
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate leaders
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and polished
  • Strong connection to the organization's mission (personal or professional) and ability to convey its impact
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
  • Experience implementing a CRM is a plus
