We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Water team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, working with multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage water infrastructure projects, including sanitary, storm, and watermain projects
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and implement industry standards and manuals, as well as client and regulatory agency standards and requirements
- Prepare engineering documents and contract documents, including construction specifications, plans, and schedules
- Assist in the review of shop drawings and submittals, respond to requests for information, and prepare site observation reports
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Strong understanding of water infrastructure design and construction, including industry standards and manuals
- Excellent communication and project management skills
