Job Overview

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Northeast Municipal Engineering Services Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation of calculations, layouts, modeling, estimates, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
  • Lead and guide junior engineers and CADD teammates, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Develop and maintain engineering data records, including tests, drawings, and field data, to ensure accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-9 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
  • PE licensure in one or more of the following: NH, VT, with the ability to obtain reciprocal licenses in other New England states.
