Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About YouYou must have prior related experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service to our guests is essential.
Responsibilities- Supervise the Front Office daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist guests with check-in and out, as well as provide support and assistance to the Front Desk staff.
- Greet and welcome owners/guests upon arrival and register them into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.
- Promote the Hilton Grand Vacation services and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
- Train and direct new department Team Members and ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Maintain a house bank and make deposits and accurate reports of receipts daily.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree/College preferred.
- Prior related experience and ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills, including conflict resolution and mentoring.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to solve practical problems.
