Account Manager

At KEMET Electronics Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales budget through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including engineering, procurement, and C-level personnel.
  • Provide technical support to customers, utilizing internal resources and communicating the value of KEMET's products.
  • Maintain a high level of service to current customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and implement territory strategies, setting short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Product Management, and Field Application Engineers, to support territory strategies.
  • Manage distribution partners, setting annual goals, providing product training, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor local market trends and provide insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth and a solutions-based selling approach.
