Job DescriptionThis opportunity has arisen in Columbus, OH, for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Pediatric Nutrition team. As a key member of the finance department, you will inform U.S. Nutrition business decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with Retail Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Your responsibilities will include supporting and leading aspects of the LBE/Planning process, identifying process improvements, and performing ad-hoc FP&A activities for Pediatric Nutrition leadership. Key highlights of this position include ownership of a +$120MM spend budget, partnering with various brand/finance teams, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- An undergraduate business degree or other discipline that requires extensive quantitative knowledge.
- 4-5 years combined finance/accounting experience, with previous commercial finance experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, variance analysis skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with senior management, as well as effective communication and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint), with proficiency in Spotlight, SAP, and Host Analytics a plus.
