We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales and Marketing Strategist to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Housewares and/or Home Decor wholesale sales experience and 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in consumer goods with an emphasis in Housewares.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing key customer relationships, determining and pursuing new key accounts and markets, including e-commerce platforms. They will also be responsible for keen awareness of market trends and envisioning future trajectory, identifying and aiding in the development of new products for existing and emerging markets.

This role requires the ability to partner with senior management in defining and developing strategic growth plans, detail-oriented market research collection, analysis, and interpretation, creating customer-centric planograms and promotional programs.

The Director of Sales and Marketing Strategist will coordinate with Manufacturer's Representatives in account management, effectively communicate customer objectives and strategies for product development and sourcing, provide accurate and detailed sales forecasting, and work with the team to develop annual budgets with an understanding of financial accounting.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and the salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. We offer relocation assistance to relocate to Cincinnati, OH.
