Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring that they have a seamless and efficient experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with the IT leadership team to test and implement cost-effective technology solutions
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our IT Service Management (ITSM) system
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (4+ years preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in desktop support, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other related applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users, engineers, and other technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
  • Experience with ITSM tools and processes
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and other IT infrastructure technologies
  • Experience with desktop support, technical support, or a related field
