Executive Culinary Director

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team at The Restaurant Zone. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Development: Create and execute seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients and cater to our discerning guests.
- Kitchen Management: Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability and maintain a seamless kitchen operation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and motivated team that delivers exceptional dining experiences.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with front-of-house management to maintain a seamless guest experience and ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Culinary Expertise: Expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations, with a passion for farm-to-table cooking and using locally sourced ingredients.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
