About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, providing a resolution-oriented approach.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand/walk for a minimum of 3 hours or as needed.
