This job is all about managing speed and being organized; were looking for someone who can accelerate in-home-services performance. You will work with operations and experience teams to ensure our customers have a seamless experience when resolving maintenance related concerns. **Tasks**

+ Own details of on-going repairs and provide inputs (urgency, type of work needed, etc) for Operations to schedule

+ Own communication with vendors about repair questions, work order changes, etc.

+ Help schedule vendors and organize Operations Coordinators

+ Coordinate a variety of vendor related maintenance tasks and projects for our community members, homeowners, operations, and experience team

+ Leverage software to improve efficiency and organization

+ Report on KPIs regarding speed, efficiency, and revenue

+ Working cross-functionally with Experience to ensure all activities are carried out accurately and punctually

+ Scheduling and coordinating pros and vendors

+ Ensuring billing is done within 24 hours of projects completing

+ Work on-site in the office 4-5 days a week

+ Salary Range: $20-$24 an hour

+ You are self-motivated - youre able to work with minimal supervision while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

+ You feel comfortable on the phone talking to vendors and partners - you communicate clearly what you need and set proper expectations

+ You are humble - youre willing to get your hands dirty, and youre open to feedback.

+ You are gritty you roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful

**Requirements**

+ Strong desire to work at a startup

+ Associates degree

+ 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role or call center

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Comfortable using Google spreadsheets and learning new software
