Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule of 20 - 40 hours per week.

Job Description

This Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing excellent educational services, and supervising instructor schedules. You will also cultivate positive relationships with customers, proactively identify instructional issues, and resolve client concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Elaborate on program details and benefits to current and potential customers.
  • Supervise and manage instructor schedules in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with customers.
  • Liaise with parents, students, Center Director, and instructors.
  • Prepare teaching materials and send progress reports to parents periodically.
  • Delegate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to achieve efficiency in center operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as experience managing an office and working with school-aged children.
