Clinical Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at e CancerCare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing patient-driven care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and direct medical assistant and phlebotomy staff
- Review and maintain staffing levels
- Assist in developing and implementing standards of operation
- Establish patient care goals and teach patients and families
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards
- Resolve patient problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
- Valid LVN or RN license
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Two or more years of supervisory nursing experience
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Excellent judgment, dependability, and conscientious performance
