Job Title: Field Service Engineer

At Kanha Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical imaging equipment, including CT-scans and MRI machines.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, including ultrasound devices.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
  • Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance.
  • Accurately document all service activities in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
  • Submit field service reports in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with account managers on services provided.
  • Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions.
Work Environment:

This position operates in the field, where you will visit various sites to service medical imaging equipment. You will be required to travel and work independently, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements for this job include talking, hearing, standing, walking, lifting up to 75 Lbs., using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.

Travel:

This position requires frequent and regular travel to service customer needs. You must be willing to travel and drive distances to get to various sites within a 4-hour radius. Some travel may require flying and overnight stays.

Education Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is required. Some college or degree is preferred.
