Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at RCG Behavioral Health Network.

About the Role:

The Registered Behavior Technician will work closely with our team to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and related diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and be able to implement treatment plans with precision and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to clients and implement daily activities as outlined by the individualized treatment plan under the direct supervision and delegation of a Behavior Analyst.
  • Support and provide family training that integrates behavioral modification strategies to be implemented in the home and or the natural environment under the direct supervision and delegation of a Behavior Analyst.
  • Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Utilize safe & appropriate safety management protocols when working with clients.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers such as Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Physical Therapists.
  • Receives supervision from the assigned Behavior Analyst at a minimum of 5% of services provided to discuss client updates, progress, or concerns.
  • Maintains a RBT tracking log to document how supervision requirements are being met.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have demonstrated completion of high school or equivalent/higher at the time of application.
  • Must hold an active RBT credentialing or is eligible for reactivation, and can be certified by searching the BACB's online RBT registry.
  • Must undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A strong background working with individuals ages 0-21 in a classroom, child care center or 1:1 setting.
  • Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis through a prescribed treatment plan and curriculum.
  • Educational, Speech, or Health Services experience.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or related field preferred.
