About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our office operations, provide excellent customer service, and support our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Processing accounts receivable, payables, and other financial tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
PAY RATE: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
