Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Luxury Bridal Operations Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience for our brides, guests, and team members. This role is essential in overseeing front desk operations, assisting with bridal software, and supporting our bridal stylists in providing a seamless and luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming brides and their guests and setting a warm, professional tone for their experience.
    • Establish, implement, and maintain procedures for efficient front desk operations.
    • Coordinate appointment scheduling, including confirmations, follow-ups, and management of the calendar system.
  • Bridal Software Support:
    • Act as the main point of contact for our bridal management software, ensuring all information is accurate, updated, and accessible.
    • Train and assist staff in utilizing software functionalities for appointment management, client records, and sales processing.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues related to the bridal software to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Sales & Stylist Assistance:
    • Support bridal stylists with the sales process, including processing payments, updating client information, and coordinating necessary paperwork.
    • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and maintain the confidentiality of client and store information.
    • Track and assist with special orders, exchanges, and any post-sale inquiries.
  • Inventory Control:
    • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with the back office for inventory replenishment.
    • Maintain an organized, elegant, and pristine display area, restocking as necessary to ensure merchandise is presented beautifully.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to manage new arrivals, and update product information in the system as needed.
  • Customer Relations & Support:
    • Provide high-level service and engage with brides and their families to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure an unforgettable experience.
    • Manage general inquiries, concerns, and client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Foster a welcoming, positive atmosphere aligned with the store's luxury brand image.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or front desk roles, ideally in a luxury or bridal environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with retail or CRM software; prior experience with bridal software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and polished appearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
