About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Operations Associate to join our luxury bridal boutique team at White House Bride in Whitehouse Station, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a memorable milestone for our brides, providing them with an unforgettable experience. As a key member of our front desk operations team, you will be responsible for managing appointments, supporting our bridal stylists, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Bridal Software Support: Train and assist staff on utilizing software functionalities for appointment management, client records, and sales processing.
  • Sales & Stylist Assistance: Support bridal stylists with sales process, including processing payments and updating client information.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with the back office for replenishment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or front desk roles, ideally in a luxury or bridal environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with retail or CRM software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and polished appearance.
