The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a skilled Office Secretary who can support our daily operations, assist with HR and administrative tasks, and maintain efficient office workflows. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office assistant or similar administrative role, with strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, direct messages to the appropriate departments, and assist callers with basic inquiries.
- Assist the Human Resources department with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
- Help manage calendars and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, organizing records, and ordering supplies when needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
