We are currently looking for a Card Specialist to enhance our Customer Experience division. Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance for complex card-related inquiries
  • Handle customer card disputes and requests efficiently
  • Oversee, process, and finalize transactions as per customer instructions
  • Manage electronic communications across various digital platforms

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service is required
  • Successful completion of a credit check is necessary
  • 1+ years of banking experience is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with large server-based applications and Microsoft Office is preferred

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week – flexible shifts available

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:05 PM (shifts may vary)

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Rotating schedule)
