Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability by broadening the use of assigned product portfolios, gaining new accounts, and building new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build and maintain a new customer sales funnel.
- Manage sales with most profitable customers in the respective territory.
- Conduct customer visits and document properly using CRM, negotiate commercial terms of business, and provide technical insights.
- Forecast sales, reconcile variances, and achieve turnover budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or Engineering, or related experience.
- 3-5 years minimum chemical B2B sales experience.
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays, mostly domestic, on occasion internationally.
- Relationship-minded and focused on serving the customer as a top priority.
