About the Role

The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth strategy for their assigned location(s). This dynamic individual will work closely with the Operations Manager to understand and leverage knowledge of dental services in their local market, ensuring the PDS Operational Model is executed to gain Patients for Life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Company Culture: Embody PDS Health's values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
  • Act as Manager in Absence: Provide leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success in the Operations Manager's absence.
  • Plan and Prepare Work Schedules: Assign team members to specific duties and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Develop Patient Communication Skills: Work with team members to enhance patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Execute PDS Standards: Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols, as well as facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead Daily Huddles: Participate in daily huddles and other meetings to drive team success and patient satisfaction.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Execute PDS processes, systems, and tools, while actively contributing to their improvement.
  • Catalyst for Patient Experience: Drive the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
  • Maintain Professional Appearance: Ensure an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Course Work or On-the-Job Training in dentistry, insurance, or business
