Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Lead and manage a team of senior sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales training programs and materials
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales teams on advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Must hold either a J.D. or CPA designation
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on advanced sales and planning
- Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
