- 5+ years previous experience in the financial services industry with a focus on advanced sales
- Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
