In this role, you will engage with end users in a collaborative support framework while also contributing to innovative initiatives such as establishing new Care Centers and enhancing desktop automation processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT support phone queue during operational hours.
- Address escalated support inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Comply with service level agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution.
- Develop and contribute new solutions to the knowledge repository.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues.
- Exhibit knowledge of networking and system administration in a support capacity.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Certifications and familiarity with ServiceNow are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel as required.
