Job Title: Process Engineer II

FUJIFILM Ultra Pure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer II to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. As a Process Engineer II, you will play a critical role in supporting production, quality, and engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for production, process troubleshooting, and process improvement projects.
  • Manage site capital projects from start to finish, including developing project scope, cost estimates, and economic evaluations.
  • Submit and evaluate MOCs (Manufacturing Operation Changes) as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, and EHS teams to bring new or modified products into production.
  • Investigate safety and quality incidents, customer complaints, and develop root cause, corrective actions, and verification steps.
  • Support production with technical assistance for day-to-day manufacturing issues.
  • Participate in customer task forces as needed.
  • Research, design, and characterize process improvement methods for existing and new products.
  • Work with QC, Quality, and production teams to manage rework and aged material.
  • Work closely with maintenance to complete preventive maintenance management, repair projects, and improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the chemical industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 environment.
  • Experience with capital projects is preferred.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer capabilities, including Microsoft Excel and Office, and SAP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, and to interface with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and flexible individual with excellent organizational skills.
