Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Cinter Career. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues, processing tickets and monitoring alerts in a timely manner, providing updates to customers and internal departments, resolving critical system issues on a 24/7 basis, performing system maintenance activities, monitoring service and facility performance, conducting on-site investigations and processing remote hand requests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Process tickets and monitor alerts
* Provide updates to customers and internal departments
* Resolve critical system issues on a 24/7 basis
* Perform system maintenance activities
* Monitor service and facility performance
* Conduct on-site investigations
* Process remote hand requests

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize workload
* Ability to assess faults and priorities, respond, and escalate accordingly
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Ability to cooperate with teammates and other departments

Working Hours:

* 24/7 shift rotation (7:00-19:00 / 19:00-7:00 CT) includes weekends and holidays
