Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Service Operations Leader to join our dynamic team at Aptive Environmental. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of our service center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer and employee retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor utilization and production metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and fleet operations within the service center.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and lead hiring efforts in collaboration with the recruiting team.
  • Administer payroll for all service personnel and supervisors.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations for the team.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effective labor management.
  • Collaborate with regional management to promote growth and success in service delivery.
  • Implement improvement plans and track progress effectively.
  • Foster a cohesive, service-oriented team environment through effective staffing and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to address hiring needs.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and growth among service professionals.
  • Set and manage performance goals with team members to enhance overall productivity.
  • Review performance metrics with regional management regularly.
  • Provide training on communication and sales skills to service professionals.
  • Collaborate with training teams to deliver effective onboarding and continuous education.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Profit and Loss statements.
  • Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by regulations.
