Your Role:

The Restaurant Operations Leader is accountable for managing a successful and profitable establishment while ensuring that we meet our high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

This is a significant responsibility, as you will collaborate with your leadership team to establish and achieve the restaurant's objectives.

As a leader, you will guide a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific operational areas. Your role will involve helping them set their goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance their performance.

Additionally, you may oversee the recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers, ensuring that our restaurant is equipped with a capable team for future success.


Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Leader in high-volume settings. A background in quick-service dining or hospitality is highly desirable. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management positions.
