Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring the team to surpass customer and client expectations. This position involves integrating new team members, supervising staff, and fostering their development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in leading and motivating the retail team to achieve excellence in service.
2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail environment.
4. Uphold company policies and procedures diligently.
5. Deliver exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences.
6. Support inventory management and cash handling protocols.
7. Oversee daily operations and promote a positive atmosphere among team members and guests.
8. Merchandise products effectively to drive sales.
9. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
10. Manage employee schedules in accordance with labor laws.
11. Collaborate with supervisors to set daily goals and performance evaluations.

Experience:
- Two to three years of retail experience is preferred.
- All educational backgrounds are welcome.
