Job Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and transactions. This position is responsible for owning the end-to-end customer order process, from inception to delivery, through close collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product configuration, basic functionality, and pricing scenarios, enabling effective customer interaction and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop thorough product know-how to facilitate customer interaction and cross-selling opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring complete and on-time delivery
  • Monitor and track product demo requests and their timely return to ensure efficient use of demo product inventory
  • Support sales organization with on-demand processing and delivery of supporting marketing collateral
  • Generate product inventory reports to stay ahead of demand spikes and resource requirements
  • Develop customer surveys to assess customer satisfaction through defined customer metrics
  • Coordinate the customer feedback process, clarifying product-related complaints and identifying causes
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Requirements
  • Familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Aptitude to eliminate roadblocks in achieving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with distribution partners and inside support groups
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
