Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Star Furniture. As a Sales Order Finalizer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while finalizing sales orders. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Finalize sales orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide guests with an exceptional IT Guest Experience
- Complete daily audits and Office Checklist
- Assist guests with easy questions on their orders or accounts
- Direct guest issues and concerns to store management or Customer Care Center
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Responsible for invoicing completed sales orders in a timely manner
- Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy of all open orders
- Responsible for opening/closing procedures
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
- Cash handling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Aptitude for Technology
- Problem Solver
- Service Oriented and excellent communicator
- Good communication skills; reading and writing skills in English
- Excellent team player; actively contributes to a team and respects others
- Emotional intelligence; understands yourself and others to build relationships
- Dependable; accountable and committed to work as scheduled
- Flexible; open to new procedures and ability to adapt to changes
This position operates in a retail showroom environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets, and other office equipment.
