Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Global Social Media & Influencer Communications to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content and experiences
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience working in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media field; beauty experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of all social platforms from functionality to advertising products
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners in a swift and timely manner
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 USD, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
