Job Description

We are seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Associate to join our Property Team. This full-time position requires ability to work overnight hours between 10pm and 8am during the week, weekends, and holidays. The exact days of the week will be rotational.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Utilize systems accurately to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Audit guest check-ins and check-outs from previous day and forthcoming day.
  • Respond promptly to off-site, cross-functional Placemakr team members.
  • Complete thorough shift handovers at the conclusion of each shift.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ year of previous experience delivering excellent customer service in environments such as hospitality, retail, multi-family or food & beverage.
  • Previous experience working overnight hours and utilizing independent judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize systems or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and complete night audit tasks.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: $24.50/hour + additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 11pm-7am. Plus, we offer stock options, flexible scheduling, and a range of benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid parental leave, and a 401k plan.
