Job Title: Timekeeper
Reports to: Business Unit Leader, Lead Administrator, Payroll Supervisor
Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/Hourly DOE
As the Timekeeper, you will assemble, record, and submit all necessary information concerning employees, such as personal information, time, pay, etc. You will handle communication of changes in personnel status to the corporate office. You may be required to perform other duties as deemed necessary by the superintendent for safe and timely completion of the job.
Essential Job Requirements
Collect and record time and attendance for each employee on the job for each pay period accurately and legibly. Daily request signatures from employees for attendance confirmation. Submit timesheets to the corporate office in a concise and timely manner. Assign time to the correct job. Operate in a supporting/operational role in any electronic time-keeping systems in place. May be required to perform other duties as deemed necessary by the superintendent for safe and timely completion of the job.
Required Education and Experience
High School or equivalent. Clerical experience is required. Working knowledge of Excel is required. Experience in fast-paced work environments is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Requires physical stamina. Must be able to work under stressful conditions. Must be able to organize and prioritize work.

Computer, fax machine, telephone, copy machine.
Working Conditions
Most work performed in an office environment under pressured, fast-paced conditions. Frequently requires overtime. May require some travel. Minimal exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, dusty conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, hazardous machinery. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
