About the Role

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional candidate experiences and helping to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences: You will be responsible for coordinating interview logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that reflects our company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, panelists, executive assistants, and peer Talent Coordinators to ensure a cohesive and effective interview process.
  • Provide Expert Communication: You will communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Identify and Mitigate Roadblocks: You will proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop solutions to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Optimize Interview Logistics: You will continuously look for ways to improve the interview process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and reflects our company culture.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all interview logistics are executed flawlessly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be an expert communicator, able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must be able to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, developing solutions to ensure the interview process runs smoothly.
  • Google Workspace Proficiency: You must be proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with recruiting technology.
