Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter to partner with our Content TA Team. You will work closely with business leaders to align with our broader stakeholders in Talent, Compensation, and Legal. Our organization is fast-paced, and we need an experienced recruiter who can execute effective recruiting strategies while prioritizing candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Search Execution
  • Own discovery and engagement of search execution across various levels of (Coordinators - Directors) for our Content teams.
  • Ability to deep dive into creative talent pools not prevalent on LinkedIn.
  • Own searches full cycle or with a research partner.
  1. Partner with Hiring Managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their show dynamics and production needs.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and strategies based on your growing knowledge of the talent market, compensation trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay highly aligned to Talent HRBPs to ensure a lock-step approach with business and business needs.
  1. Evaluate and Offer Negotiation
  • Lead assessment of every stage of the recruiting process from initial screen through to offer stage, ensuring all involved parties are assessing against the role criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive way.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft data and talent-informed competitive offers for our candidates while being fiscally responsible with the production budget.
  • Work with candidate representation and partner closely with our legal teams on contract negotiations where applicable.
  1. Prioritize and Inclusion
  • Use best judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion to attract talent from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
  • Strive to build a diverse pipeline that reflects the broader community and supports authentic storytelling.
Key Qualifications, Skills, and Person Specification
  • Proven track record as a full-cycle recruiter, thriving in a fast-paced, production and development environment.
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Executive Search experience preferred.
  • Adept at sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various channels and tools.
  • Outstanding interviewing and assessment skills to identify high-potential candidates efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, building credibility with candidates and show stakeholders alike.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion and their importance when hiring.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes. Knowledge of Eightfold and Workday would be a plus.
