Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our corporate team. This is a temporary role that will assist with a hiring project and provide an opportunity to gain office experience within HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send offer letters to candidates, ensuring timely completion and follow-up for signature.
  • Screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
  • Perform various administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department.
  • May have other clerical duties as assigned by the Regional TA Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED, required.
  • Secretarial training, clerical, and previous office experience, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment.
