The Retail Recruitment Manager is responsible for introducing our brand to job seekers through creative branding and attraction efforts. This role requires staying knowledgeable about competing brands and maintaining a high level of organization and strong communication with our stores to understand challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategy each season to meet business needs
  • Aligning goals and objectives with company vision each season
  • Proactively securing talent for now and the future through sourcing, building, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates using various resources and platforms
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of market competition and resources, including workforce development, schools, and universities
  • Creating passive strategies for "always on" branding and attraction
  • Thoroughly screening resumes and conducting first-round interviews to explain open roles
  • Assessing necessary skillsets of potential candidates, including technical and behavioral qualifications
  • Coordinating the interview process between the internal client and candidate, ensuring strong communication at each touch point
  • Refreshing knowledge periodically and actively seeking continued learning for personal development, including developing an extended external network
  • Prioritizing relationships with HR Managers, regional teams, and stores to understand the realities of each situation through constant communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in retail management
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
  • Proficient level of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
  • Team player and ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and problem-solving attitude
